I bought a bed from an online seller and thought it was comfortable but realized I needed a new pillow.My friend swears by their pillow from mattress firm. I went in and while Tonya was showing me pillows I got to lay on the beds too. I did not even know beds could be that comfortable and after going home that night with my new pillow I realized I made a big mistake with my online bed purchase. I went back the next day and got a new bed. Everyone, it is so important to go try these beds! You do not know what you are missing if you have never experienced a great bed. Definitely go see Tonya before you regret your online purchase! Now I am dealing with the hassle of trying to return mine (which was supposed to be easy as they stated online) Mattress Firm and Tonya have my business for LIFE!!

Fantastic customer service. We walked in, it was our 3rd stop and so we were tired, but Claire introduced herself, let us know that she was new, but she kept the conversation going, with ease, while her colleague Tonya finished up with another customer. These ladies were able to get us a screaming deal, matched another offer we had seen earlier in the day, answered all my questions and doubts around box springs or bases etc. They were awesome, kind, pleasant, and polite. We were taken care of and on our way. I can't wait for it to get here! Thanks ladies for all your help!! Pleasant experience, definitely happy so far!!

I almost gave up on shopping for a mattress and am so happy we stopped here instead! I had been to a few different local mattress shops and everything felt like low quality and the beds were dirty looking. Makes it hard to want to lay on. When we walked in we were greeted by Tonya. She was so nice and helpful and there were so many comfortable beds to choose from. She took her time to understand what we wanted and needed and helped us find our perfect bed! I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending anywhere else we went. If you want a good quality bed for a great price and a wonderful experience, go see Tonya!

The best customer service experience I may have ever had. The sales lady was not sales-y at all. She listened to what we said, guided us through all of our options and let us make the final decisions. She was professional and really personable too. While you’ve got her employed, please treat her right!!!nWe walked away with 3 mattresses. 2 of which we knew exactly what we wanted and 1 that she helped us find. We may need one more mattress and we’ll definitely be going back to her specifically. She also demonstrated the lifter thingy for us; we were sold. She shared her experiences with brands and options and that was really appreciated.nnAll in all — a great experience!

I needed to buy my preschooler his first big boy mattress! He moved up from his toddler bed to a bigger bed but we only had the toddler-sized mattress. I went in and asked for the cheapest possible mattress and they hooked me up. They also gave my son a certificate for moving up to a big boy bed and he was super excited. All in all, it was a super fast and easy experience which is exactly what you want when you take your four year old to a mattress store during a pandemic.
