Friendly staff. Great selection. A big rug department. Never would have known macys carries rugs. Me and my husband got our dining room rug here. It's a 100% wool transitional rug that fits perfectly with the decor + they had a 75% off sale for their rugs!! ud83eudd17
Had an easy shopping experience with John, he helped my husband I pick out the perfect rugs for our new home. He was a warm, personable, and professional salesmen and we would go back again to work with him as we refurnish our homes interior.
There is nothing particularly fantastic about this place but we did have a really go experience with our sales man, Tony. He was very helpful and didn't try to show us anything outside of our wants. I have nothing to complain about
I ORDERED A BUNCH OF FURNITURE A WEEK AGO AND WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. THE TRUCK DRIVER CALLED ME TODAY AND SAID THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN AND WON'T BE DELIVERING TODAY AND TO CALL AN 800 NUMBER. I CALLED AND WAITED 30 MINUTES TO TALK TO SOMEONE THAT SAID THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO REDELIVER FOR ANOTHER MONTH. I ASKED TO CANCEL AND REFUND, THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!
Great place! I have never had any desire to enter this store, fearing the worst. We were looking for a new couch and ended up venturing in. The staff were great and there was zero pressure or pushiness. We ended up purchasing a couch and the delivery guys were also great.
