I'm so impressed and excited! My husband and I went in as our furniture is LITERALLY falling apart. We had purchased from Moor. :( Has not even been 2 years. Anyhow... From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like family! Yes they were all wearing masks and following proper steps for cleaning. We found a lovely set And we bought local. Lyn was excellent! She listened to exactly what I was looking for and showed me many options and even got out the measuring tape! The quality was far superior to what I’ve seen at other furniture stores and the prices were reasonable. Allen, also amazing, helped finalize the deal. It’s not often you get one-on-one help from the owners. I was greeted immediately and felt comfortable and never pressured. It was a completely enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend!
Outstanding experience with The Olympia Furniture Company. They listened carefully to what exactly I was looking for and found me a dining room table that far exceeded my expectations. The delivery crew was outstanding as well- very polite and respectful of my home, arrived exactly when they said they would. They took the time to make sure I understood how to use the leaves of the table and inspected every item in the delivery with my to guarantee it was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company!
This is based solely on the sales experience as we have not yet received our special order however it is still an amazing five star experience from start to finish. There was no pressure, no suit & tie stuffy environment, only friendly personable information relayed about the product with assistance to place the order when we needed it as well as the space to discuss when we needed to. Eddy is always outstanding in price and service. We purchased a sofa and recliner from him 2 years ago and we were impressed so we came back today to buy a recliner for a family member with dementia.
