This store has everything. I bought rose bushes, garden starts, garden tools and goodies for my dog along with surprises for my grandkids. Love the variety & selections of plants, arbors, canning and garden supplies. The chicks & ducklings are adorable. This is a business that I am glad to support.
Eastside Urban Farm and Garden is a cool spot to pick up plants and agricultural supplies, I enjoy their large selection of soil amedments and their mushroom growing/bee keeping/canning/home brew gear. Nice employees, a cool, free seed library where folks can donate unwanted seed and beneficial insects such as predatory nematodes and lady bugs are available for purchase year round. Support small, local businesses, not big box stores.

We drove 50 miles one way yesterday to see if they had any chicks for sale. We were told they were getting more today and we could come in at 10 to get them. We came back this morning and were told we had to get on a waiting list and come back when they texted, despite being told none of this yesterday when we there. They lack communication skills and empathy. If all their employees could get on the same page about their processes, it would certainly be helpful. 200 miles on the odometer and we have 0 chickens.
