Adrienne and The Music Room were fantastic, easy to deal with, very communicative and very fast. I made an offer on a pair of speakers, they accepted quickly, corresponded well (very comforting) and in a very professional manner. The speakers shipped within one business day of me making payment (!) and arrived (Colorado to South Texas) three days later! All during the transaction they were in contact to make sure it went smoothly and the purchaser (me) knew I was important. Very good service, which seems to be more and more rare, and highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the negotiation of the price of the B&W speakers I purchased, to the communication, to the superior shipping and handling. But, I would regress if I did not mention their listing of the speakers and the photos they posted. Because TMR used such clear, high-definition, close up images of every detail and (supposed) flaw of the speakers' condition, by the time they arrived and I closely inspected them, I had to search for flaws they mentioned.nnI could write forever on how outstanding the quality of their service was, but I'll wrap things up by stating these simple facts about them:n* THIS is how you run a businessn* THIS is how you deal with peoplen* I WILL do business with them againn* And YOU should do business with them.nnP.S. I had been eyeing a pair of Air Tight ATM-3 mono amps on TMR’s website but held back as the photos indicated a few areas of wear and damage. After speaking with Nick, I think, he assured me that part of what I was seeing were photo artifacts. The amplifiers were packed perfectly, little chance of shipping damage, and appeared virtually as new with Very slight indication of use.nThank You from a very satisfied customer.nRob Grant
