I called James today for the first time because I needed a remedy for my son’s malfunctioning violin. On the phone and in person James appeared knowledgeable, and treated us with professionalism, and delivered awesome customer service. The other staff at the shop were friendly, and helpful as well. I plan to use James for all our violin needs in the future. Thank you!
James is such a pleasure to work with. I really enjoy his spirit and enthusiasm. I have been renting a cello for my son the last two years and am now purchasing a longer term instrument. Along the way James and his team have been incredibly helpful and encouraging. In addition to the rental, we have had several instrument repairs and a great recommendation for an outside school cello teacher. I too own a small business and really appreciate a fellow business owner with great passion for what they do.
I can't say enough great things about this beautiful shop and wonderful treatment. James was so helpful in repairing my daughter's viola, and they sent us off with a new hot pink case for our rental. My daughter loves it, and it really makes us rethink our decision to end orchestra in middle school. The nostalgia and beauty of the shop and the string instruments makes me want to continue. James brought my Les Paul back from the dead. Four other luthiers said it was irreparable but it plays and looks better than it ever did. Highly recommend!
