Was told to go here by a friend. Went and had a terrible experience. Woman working there was not knowledge at all. Was unable to answer any of our questions about switching to TMobile and eventually sent us to another store!

This was my second time going into this T-Mobile and everything was absolutely amazing.nKit, the manager was super helpful. Which the person who was helping me needed since he was new. I went in for an upgrade and they were able to answer all my questions. The process of backing my phone up took a while but they made it very pleasant I loved my experience today. 10/10 recommend going there. ud83dudc4fud83cudffb
