Went in yesterday to have one of my phones repaired, they said it would be about 2 hrs. The repair technician got it done in about 30 minutes at most. They called me right away and were very helpful, I want to give credit to the repair technician and to the sales clerk I believe his name was soap, I dont quite remember. But they were very nice and worked very quickly while being attentive and getting everything I needed done.
The store manager was amazing ! He went out of his way to get me the color of phone I wanted. Amazing staff great team work!
I came in to purchase a new phone and I waited outside for help while they were busy. Once someone was available to help she walked out. Looks like she was with T-Mobile (by her work attire). She offered me very little help, did not have a “let’s see how I can help you” attitude, she didn’t seem interested in helping me and insisted on me just going online to purchase a phone from home. The last time I purchased at this Sprint was AMAZING with the customer service I received, them answering questions and helping me set the new phone up. I am pretty let down with their service this time.
Aside from someone saying they were east of I-5, instead of where they really, are, aervice was very very good.nDoesn't matter though. If you want Sprint repair service between Seattle and Portland, this is the only place.
The dudes at the store where super cool and gave me all the info I needed and help me exactly the way they should have good customer service polite people and informative.
