Best metro store around. I have shopped at 3 different metro stores in this area and this is the only one I would recommend.
Never have phones and the staff are more worried about themselves then the customer use any other metro in town
I didn't even make it in the store. I called them and spoke with a man first and got hung up on twice. I wasn't being rude or using profanity. No reason to be hung up on. I called again and a lady answers and refused to give me the 1800 number and their names. Horrible, horrible customer service!!! I would give them 0 stars if it were and option.nDo go to the Hawks prairie location off Marvin Rd. Ron that works there is amazing!!!
Nancy at Slater Kinney rd store was the customer service representative when i called to pay my bill. She was rude and hung up the phone on me when i told her of my problem paying my bill. I called back confused as of why she hung up. When i realized it was intentional That she hung up!! And she hung up on me again..Then i called once more to complain to a manager she said she Was The Manager and HUNG UP AGAIN.... AND ALL I WAS TRYING TO DO WAS PAY MY BILL.... Eventually i spoke to a different store and they stated they've had many complaints about this Nancy. Corporate was called and they said they'll take care of this unbelievable disgrace she brought to the business of metro pcs. Dont go to this store for ANYTHING..
Very Lazy and rude employees..seemed like they had no Idea on how to help me with a phone they told me to go somewhere else So I did. Never will I step in this location again. Would recommend going somewhere else!
