Truly exceptional staff. Great place to rent instruments.

Lessons are good, but they are not when it comes to having to cancel one due to illness or injury. Of course, they will cancel lessons if something is wrong with the instructor, but won’t reschedule and still charge for f you miss one for any reason. After a year of lessons, you’d think there is a little flexibility.nnOther than that, a good place to learn.

This is a great little shop. The folks here were wonderful. I was in Washington for a business trip and they helped me exchange some instruments we'd rented for a long time. They pulled out all the stops and stayed after hours on a Friday night to help me out. I really appreciate the work September and the others put in. Thank you!!

I've dealt with this shop over the years with my kids all being in band. The staff here has always been pleasant and helpful. And they always remind you to pick up your school band instruments when they've been left there too long after repair!ud83dude09
