These people are so awesome. They took the time to help me with my car. I always have great experience at O'Riley's but this one is the best. I couldn't do it on my own cuz Toyota has a habit of making things complicated. They really did help me. I'd give them a 10 star if it was possible. Door locks are important and they solved the problem.

I went to O’Reilly’s in Tumwater for help with my battery and Nic was very informative, friendly and made purchasing a new battery simple! He even installed it for me! Thanks Nic!

Bad customer service there is a lady with name Tina she didn't wanted a warranty my tool because I the fourth time that I changed it but my parts say there's lifetime warranty

Just stick to Autozone..nNeeded a quick battery test, O'Reillys tells me its fine, just old. They also have terrible customer service, it's not my fault you hate your job.nWent to autozone, guess my batter is NOT fine, it is dying. Great! I'd rather hear (and see on the meter reader) that my battery is fried with a smile as opposed to a grumpy old man telling me my battery is just fine.
