I recently just got a new phone from a guy named Dan. Was a fantastic experience, DO NOT go to corporate stores, the customer service is terrible, they have no knowledge of the plans. Dan broke it down very easily and got me a phone that worked for me. Phones breaking sucks but these guys are here to help in any way they can and it was a great transition, just make sure you have your stuff backed up. All around wonderful experience and I will definitely be back next time.
Stopped by when they opened at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, was in between two appointments when my phone blew up. They helped me quickly pick out a new phone and then while I headed over to Toyota of Olympia to have my car serviced, they set up my new phone and swapped over all my info. Had the service department shuttle van drive me back over to get my phone and when there was doubts I could reach the shuttle again for a ride back in a timely fashion these guys offered to take me. Great people, great service, no pressure sales. Would highly recommend them.
The sales rep was very helpful and answered all our questions. We left there with 2 brand new iPhones. Thanks again for all your help!
Dan at the Tumwater store has always taken great care of me.
Verizon is the biggest rip-off company around. I recommend using any other provider.
