I absolutely LOVE this store and the employees! I couldn’t remove one of my car’s headlights that I thought needed replacing...the fastener holding it in was stuck. When I stepped inside the store to ask for help, it was like all the troops rallied to help me! Dave and Dustin worked on it until they were able to unhook it. It seems the light had shifted somehow (apparently I didn’t put it in as securely as I thought!), which caused the fastener to get stuck. Not only did they solve that problem, but it turns out that light I just installed less than a month ago was still good (and worked perfectly once it was nestled just right in the cradle) — so that saved me some money right there! Thank you, thank you, thank you, guys! You really made my day. What was probably not a big deal for you guys to accomplish was truly a big deal to me. Thanks also to their awesome manager, Sarah, who allows them to step out of the store to help customers like me! (And, of course, thanks to Eric for overseeing the work. *wink*)

This has been my go to store for the last 2 years. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very quick for parts delivery and always go out of their way with customer service. There has been a few idiots come and go, but I think that's every business, the management does well.
