Within 48 hrs had to go to T Mobile twice to buy 2 phones. On the second day less then 24 hrs after a first purchase. On both days the young guys there were the best. They went above and beyond to explain and get us on the right plan. I have never seen a group of guys who all worked as a team to take care of me. Cole , Taylor ,Eric , and one other guy on that day 09/30/20 I can’t recall, FANTASTIC SERVICE
They were very helpfulful today with helping me find what I was looking for.
This was a new store for us, we were going to another newer store in Lacey. Stopped in here to ask a question and they were very helpful. We ended up going back for an upgrade to our Samsung Notes. Dylan and Matt were very helpful and had good answers. This is our new store from now on.
