Being a senior lady it was very easy for me to go into my local Verizon store and purchase a new phone that is perfect for me. My salesman Quinton was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I know that if I have any questions I feel comfortable calling him and getting the right answer. THANK YOU QUINTON. I will be very happy referring customers to him.
I had a lot of questions and Quintin was helpful, friendly and - most important - knowledgeable. He made sure that all of my questions were answered and ensured that I ended up with a device that met all of my criteria. He provided 5 star service.nnI understand that supplies are limited due to limitations of COVID-19 precautions, so my only complaint was their lack of selection. There was only one case option for my phone. And it was incredibly bulky, not my style, (I also found out on Verizon.com that there is another color option for this phone). Other than those minor details, it was a VERY positive and even enjoyable experience. Thanks, Quintin!
Quintin was so helpful. I usually dread going into Verizon stores, cause it takes forever, it’s frustrating and I often leave with no solution to the problem. But Quintin had a handful of us he was helping, and seamlessly and efficiently bounced between us. If he couldn’t fix the problem himself, he gave the resources we would need. Seriously, so awesome. If you drive by and see a handsome black man through the window, stop! He’ll get you in and out and all with a smile and great customer service skills.

Quintin made the transition from Xfinity mobile to Verizon a pleasant experience. I was so distracted trying to deal with Xfinity that I was a bit disappointed that it cost extra to pick up a SIM in the store than ordering online. But Quintin was so helpful so I overlooked it.
