Employees are super helpful and friendly, and I haven't had a bad experience ever

It's pretty small and close quarters. I like a lot of their stuff but prices are high and I just wanted to get out. Social distancing was in place but since the store is so small it's hard to actually distance.

Clothes for anyone, in all sizes. Jewelry found only there, fan merch, decals, & makeup, and all at great affordable prices.

I’ve been shopping from Hot Topic for over 10 years. In Illinois, online, and now at the Capital Mall location in Olympia, WA. I have always been satisfied by the products, and the people working in the stores. That is until this past Saturday. It seemed to be management in there operating it. They were dismissive, you could tell they don’t shop in their own store. They rang up items that ended up being broken. I had my 13 year old daughter there, and I will now be trying to take her in LunchBox or other comparable stores. Really saddened by the experience.

They have some nice products from popular pop culture references. It's a hot topic—it's what you'd expect. The people at this one are nice.
