I recently purchased a piano from Ryan and Jean and the whole experience couldn't have gone better! Ryan is very knowledgable and the quality of his work is superb. I really appreciate the time he took walking me through everything and answering all my questions. I'm very happy with the piano and I feel confident it will provide many years of happiness for my family!
We just had Ryan tune our piano and he did an outstanding job as usual. The upper register sounds amazing! He spent about an hour just getting the last octave in tune and it makes a huge difference. The whole piano has a much brighter sound . Thanks again Ryan ud83dude03ud83cudfb6ud83cudfb6
Ryan of Pianova has been my primary piano technician for over 10 years. He and his wife Jean are a fantastic team and they work hard to make sure the pianos are right and the scheduling is easy. Ryan is a Steinway certified technician with excellent ears. We have been working on a unique project for the past 6 months with my pianos and he has been so flexible with my requests. Highly recommended!
