I really love all of the fantastic deals you can find at Kohl's whether a customer has a coupon or not. You can find clothes sometimes discounted as low as 80%! Now that's a bargain! Kohl's has something for everyone in your home even you furry friend! I would recommend Kohl's to everyone even the pickiest shopper!
I went to Kohl's to return an Amazon shipment. The return process was great, short line, very helpful clerk and a 25% discount coupon was frosting on the cake. The coupon did not work for the item I purchased but still received a discount without any coupons. The only negative was the waiting time for check out. I understand covid but if Kohl's (and other retail outlets) doesn't figure a better system for checking out, a lot more more people will be shopping online come the holidays...
I walked in to be greeted by a smiling young lady who directed me to where I needed to go with a return. She was extremely helpful and friendly as was the customer service representative. They are consistently fast friendly and professional!
Great prices helpful employees nice stuff could clean the escalator walls every few year though
Nicest location I've been too. Very big and has a better selection than most.
