Tried to have some same day business cards printed out here. I needed to have them done by 4pm (ordered around noon) and the customer service lady who answered my call somewhat rudely and dismissively informed me she couldn't ensure that my cards would be printed out in time. I then called Office Depot here in Boulder, and they were wonderful, informing me that my cards could easily be printed out by then, and assuring me that I could pick them up soon. Night and day service. Staples in Boulder has lost my business for good.

I bought the wrong Quickbooks software here: Windows instead of Mac. I took it home and opened the package before I noticed my mistake. Thankfully, I didn't scratch the License Code off. When I returned it to Staples, they gave me a full refund. I was/am very happy.

Went in to browse and get some information on printing. I was not greeted and no one even asked me if I wanted help until I got to the counter. While looking through their technology section everything was covered in a thick visible layer of dust and I didn't want to touch anything. When I asked about printing the man at the counter told me he wasn't able to do what I wanted, he told me to go to FedEx printing because the office depot near by didn't have printing services. When I went to the office depot they did have what I needed and they were able to help me print. This store has horrible customer service and is very gross and dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

This particular experience, poor. Twice on different days I was told they could fix my iPhone screen after giving them the model number and then when I showed up I was told that they haven’t been fixing the model recently nor any longer. Waste of time and energy to show up with my phone and organize my calendar to not need my phone while repairing it.nnRe original I PhoneSE
