I'm giving my 5 stars to Alberto! I just switched my carrier from At&t and found out I was told the wrong information for a promo Sprint was having from a different employee. Alberto went out of his way to correct the situation. He made sure that I left a very happy customer. That man deserves a raise! Thanks again Alberto for helping me out with my new phone. Best customer service!

Do not go to this store. The sales representatives will try to rip you off at any given opportunity. We have lied to and up-charged on numerous occasions. Please save yourself time and money

The store manger at sprint, Jamie L., is by far one of the best customer service providers I have ever interacted with. Jamie is patient with you, can answer any questions you have, and more importantly is very competent. Jamie understands tech very well, but can explain any tech issues in layman's terms. If you go to this store, ask to speak with Jamie. For Jamie will resolve your issue correctly and efficiently.
