Employees lie and try to make you buy extra stuff. I went to buy a switch and the employee outright refused to sell it to me unless I bought a $475 bundle with a bunch of extra accessories I didn't need. I turned around, bought it through the gamestop website, and was able to buy it online just fine without the extra stuff. He claimed Nintendo required that switches be sold as a bundle which is outright false; no other retailers have this restriction and if it truly were a requirement from Nintendo they'd only sell the bundles on their website, not the lone switches. Avoid this dishonest store.nnThe employee also heavily pushed an expensive gamestop subscription which I didn't want.

Our two young girls just learned about Pokémon, so we took them to GameStop to get some cards. In only a few minutes the lovely young man at the counter was giving them tips, showing them packs and patiently answering all of their questions. They left with cards but more importantly a feeling of being seen and heard. Thank you GameStop team!

This was the hardest location to find and park. My GPS had me going through all kinds of parking lots and I had to turn around 3 times just to get near the correct spot. When I entered, I wasn't greeted until after the employee finished helping two other people which took about 10 minutes. When I finally got to ask about consoles, I find out they are out of stock and have no idea when more will come in. Maybe my timing was off, but I will be finding a different place to make my purchase.

game stop be giving you 5 dollars for 200 dollars worth of games and another 100 for the console and they still only give you 5 dollars in store credit like bruh there marketing strats are bad i rather buy games off the xbox store then here because they come starched
