The staff is friendly and genuinely expresses concern to get you the best deal for repairs. Definitely less stressful to stop by here than the Apple Store!

Eric did a fantastic job replacing my iphone battery! He even cleaned the lint out of the microphone. I'd definitely go back to the Mac Shack for repairs or to buy refurbished equipment. Thanks!
