Came in this morning to switch over from Boost - your associate was very pleasant and patient as she worked through issues for the customers ahead of me, and very efficient while processing my transfer. She even let me know that I qualified for a special transfer rate that I wouldn't have known to ask about! What a great experience during these difficult months! Thanks guys!
Very helpful knowledgeable staff. They were very patient with me while i was very indescisive and were very polite even when i picked out the wrong phone and had to bring it back they reset it and gave me a new phone and were very professional and technical know how. They also seemed like they genuinely want to find the right phone and plan for me not just about making a sale! Thanks you guys again love my plan and my service ive got!
Whoever was working at 1 pm on July 14 was completley unhelpful.
I purchase two phones into phone case from here One phone case was $20 the other phone case was $35 and it had it clip on it. I just tried to clip the clip to my belt and my whole phone fell to the floor and I came to the store trying to see if they could give me half off on the new one or just replace this one because it was $35 and it shouldn't just be able to fall apart they wouldn't do anything but I gave me $5 off a new one so basically I had to purchase a new phone clip for to do the same thing don't buy any cases from Metro PCS just stick to the phones
Rep went out of their way and took extra steps to lower my monthly bill
