Thank you!! This business knows all about customer service. I don't know why electronics become more complicated every year but Advantage makes everything in my house work like a dream. It is clear they care about their customers. I am grateful we have such a consistent professional Audio Video place in Western Colorado. Scott has provided all my audio video, IT and security systems for the past 9 years starting with the building of my house. He has always provided good value and quality as well as good service. He checks in to see how things are going. He built me a sound room that rocks like a live concert. It helps that he has his own band. The theater is awesome with a 120 inch screen. He can build modest to state of the art. I've never experienced rudeness as expressed by one person's review. I will continue to look to Scott and Advantage for all my needs.
Incredibly rude first experience when I asked the lady on the phone if she was one of the sales staff (I had a sales question about what speaker lines they carry as their website is uninformative,) she just kept repeating, how can I help you sir with a rude tone. Someone with better customer service will get my speaker order.
