What great service I received from the guys at the Montrose Sears. I had made a $1000 online purchase through sears.com which I tried to cancel for three weeks straight with no luck... But after calling the Montrose store out of desperation, (didn't expect much due to the fact that I didn't make the purchase through them or their store) Steve located my lost order, got it canceled, my account was refunded, and what took me 3 weeks, he had taken care of in less than an hour! That's how business should be done! Thanks guys!

Great service and selection
Great store. I recently purchased a double oven and microwave, and they are awesome. They were installed flawlessly, and really improved the look of our kitchen. GE slate is an awesome color.
