I would vote 0 stars if that were an option. There is a very in competent employee working there. Walked in there planning to purchase a phone and service (several hundred dollars) finally walked out when employee could not even activate a phone and said we would have to choose another. Then what makes me furious is he somehow lost my phone number that I was porting over. Had to change my number which I've had forever when I went with another carrier who discovered metro pcs had lost the number never to be retrieved again. What a run around. I never even started the service with them....just don't do it. They don't have a clue what they are doing
This is not a T Mobile store. This is a prepaid only store despite the name. Helpful staff, but a useless location if you need real TMobile services.

Awsome customer service went by while on my family vacation for a new case and was offered a new line added it and walked out with a great deal on case and tempered glass for both my existing line and my new line i added!!
