Kosh has helped me two times now and seriously has been my hero. He has gone out of his way to make sure that he helped get done what I needed. He's patient and kind. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable. He understood my attachment to my phone and didn't push the newest to just get a sale and in fact found one that suited my needs. I will be back in a few months for 2 more phones and really hope to have Kosh again! Thank you so much for all your help! You are awesome!!

Robin is amazing!! She stayed after hours to get my husband and I in to set us up with our phones and plans. She’s very thorough and helps you find the perfect plan for your family! She is very outgoing and we enjoyed talking to her. Highly recommend her, she is very helpful.
I cannot thank Robin enough from this Verizon store. My elderly mother-in-law lives in Montrose and we live in Denver. We switched over our family plan to Verizon and Robin helped her in store port her number over and get a new phone which involved numerous calls with me here in Denver to make sure the transfer all went smoothly. We could not have done it without Robin's thoughtful and patient support as my mother-in-law is not tech savvy at all! Thank you Robin for your exceptional customer service!
