Some pharmacists should learn to treat people like human beings instead of a number. Listening would be a really good idea too instead of walking away in a huff because someone else over ruled their decision!!! The only reason they even got 2 stars is because I DO understand a pharmacists position! The techs are priceless!
The reason they get a 5 is because of the amazing pharmacist and technicians. They are responsive and quick to take care of things. The only issue at this pharmacy is Janet who rings people up. She is rude, unhelpful and I had to give her directions on how she should do her job. The rest of the staff is amazing, they should move Janet to a more appropriate job, which would be not dealing with customers.
The last 2 months they are very disorganized and don’t appear to communicate with each other at all ud83eudd28
