WOW! This place is awesome. The STAFF! The staff is so awesome! Jason went so so so far out of his way to help us figure out a problem on a headset that we didn't even buy there. Heck, he used the headset to call his mom to see if worked. Where else do you ever get customer service like that????????? Jason rocks!
Staff was very friendly. Very helpful. It was a positive visit.
If i could give less than one star I would, called Gamestop in Durango and was told they were expected to get about 30 PS5’s for Black Friday. My son and I were about 10th in line in the freezing cold, no social distancing only to find out right at open they only received 2 PS5’s. There were people in the store way before that knowing the majority of the people there were waiting for the playstation. They could have put a sign out or let people know earlier on, huge waist of time and we will nonlonger do business there. Also a safety issue during a pandemic, come on guys you could do better than that.
Not a single employee wearing a mask. Pushy sales tactics overall would rather just buy online.
I really love gamestop especially since I'm a Xbox 360 user it is very sad to hear that is is going under
