Went in store, to get the senior 2 lines for $55 , the representative was awesome! She helped with all our questions, set our phones up for us, was more than helpful. Best TMO ever!

In todays life, with COVID-19 customer service needs to be paramount! The manager is so unprofessional, and refused to help us. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITY. We placed an order while we were in the store two weeks ago and called to see if our order had come in, he refused to help us and stated we had to come in which is an hour and half away to verify who we were. I will never come back to this store as customer service sucked. He put the phone down and walked away. When we called back the phone went to voice mail. Then we called back and got an associate and she said that he left the office, again she could not help. We called T-mobile #800 number and got our parts shipped to our home.

I researched mobile plans and decided to come talk to T-Mobile in person. There was a note on the door saying they ran to the bank and would be back at 10:30. I got there at 10:40 & 2 other customers were standing outside.nnThere was a female employee inside but the doors were locked. I finally left after a few minutes. This is highly unprofessional and I will not switch to a company that makes customers stand outside during business hours in the middle of winter. I took pictures of the note.

I had been all over town looking for screen protector for my phone and nobody had what I needed until we tried this store. The clerk was extremely helpful and even installed my protector for me. Bonus, the screen cover was also greatly reduced in price! Win-win!
