Ordered a chest freezer online, but got my (old) currant one fixed so no longer needed the new one and rather it go to someone who truly needed it. When I called to cancel order they questioned me because they wanted to make sure that was something I really wanted to do. They were amazing at making sure I truly wanted to cancel my order and were pleased with the end results as they strive to make all their customers happy! These guys are great!! Highly recommend them for whatever your home needs are. Thank you again!
My Dryer broke down and they got a new one on their delivery truck last minute- they didn't hesitate to offer to help or find a solution. What a great team! Will buy from again.
My dryer started making a really loud noise, so I called the warranty number..made an apt. with them, but no one ended up showing up to fix the machine. After an entire week of ME having to call the warranty number, waiting on hold for hours, no one could help me or get anyone out here to fix it, which I have the extended warranty, so it should have been an easy fix!!! I ended up calling the Durango store and talked to John, who was and always is extremely helpful!!!! He handled everything and actually gave us a whole new dryer because no one could come out and fix my machine!!! Great customer service from the Durango store!! Watch out with extended warranties and actually getting someone out in this area. Not many companies work with this area!! Thanks Durango Store. Much appreciated!:)
Excellent customer service and small town feel even though it is a corporate store.
After several disappointing letdowns from a national warehouse store, we turned to Sears in Durango for help. They had exactly what we wanted and delivered the appliance the very next day! Caroline and John, thank you!
