Great experience at this location. I have been in the need of a new phone for awhile since mine was about 5 years old and out of date. I went to the town plaza location first, absolutely horrible there, didn't get any help what so ever. I come to this location can the experience here was beyond great. Sage, the store associate at the time went above and beyond to help me get a new device. I typically like one brand of phone, that I have been using for years, but with Sage's help, we compared the specs of a few devices, and narrowed it down to an upgraded model and a new brand I haven't had before. In short, I got what I needed instead of what I was looking for. Thanks again Sage, AAA service.
