They are the best! Very helpful, responsive and reasonable. I'm techno-challenged and they are patient and answer everything without making you feel like you're a bother. They sold me a used lap top I've been very pleased with.

My problem was simple. The on-off switch on my computer simply didn't work. I took it to the PC Clinic and they were great. They identified the problem, ordered the part and installed the part at a very reasonable price and did it quickly. It was a great experience.
