excellent customer service - don was quick to respond and provide all the information we needed when looking to get a couple of tv's mounted. the team that came out was pleasant, polite, arrived on time and their work was extremely professional. they even swept up the mess! exceptional experience - highly recommend!!

My family has bought TV's and electronics from this business for over 15 years. And Louisa's Electronics is an excellent example of why you should shop locally. Their prices are competitive with just about anywhere, but more importantly, their customer service is outstanding. They're as knowledgeable as anyone about home entertainment products. Ericka and her staff will go the extra mile to help you out with any issues you might have, even years after you've bought something from them.
Awesome customer service. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I don’t know much about electronics but I don’t have to since they’re so helpful. Plus there’s so many fun and shiny new things in the store.
