We went to get a phone switched over and Scott was very helpful. He did a great phone switch considering he did a phone to phone switch. He helped us while he also helped other customers so it was nice that we didn’t have to wait in a line. He got us right in there. I definitely recommend this store. The service is great!
Chassity was such an amazing worker. She was very helpful and warm towards us. She was so kind and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. She worked fast even though it was a confusing process. She stayed positive through it all. Definitely recommend this store. The associates know what they are doing and will make your experience 5 star.
Was having issues with AT&T and decided to switch to Verizon. I was told to go see scott at the town plaza location and he has gone above and beyond to help me and switch me over to Verizon. I would recommend if you need service or have issues with Verizon go see scott in the town plaza location. He definitely knows what he is doing and has the best customer service out of any store I have ever been to.
They were the best!! Helped me with all my questions and talked me through everything. Scott gave me the best service and was extremely friendly. Daria was so nice to socialize with and let me play games on her phone. I would totally recommend everyone to go to this Verizon store.
I decided to switch from Straight Talk to Verizon due to local coverage and prices. Chasity was extremely pleasant, and extremely patient. She worked overtime and helped my wife and I through the whole process. I could not possibly be more grateful for someone as helpful and kind as her.
