These guys are great. I've never had a poor experience at this location. Knowledgeable staff willing to answer questions and with a smile. Basic tunes and oil changes mostly, but I have used their reader a few times. They also recycle used oil. Always a bonus!

This place actually doesn't deserve a star. I only put one because that is how google reviews work. This location told me parts were on warranty for a customer. When it came down to it, they only said fronts and not rears they would do when couple weeks prior I verified with one of their reps that all 4 were on warranty. Dale literally tells me that I should have my receipts. You don't realize this is what YOUR system is for. He raised his voice to the top of his lungs and yelled. Never felt like a place needed a readjustment on their professionalism so bad that I had to call corporate.

Kip was helpful when I called and even more so when I arrived at the store. I always get the best service from O’Reilly associates. And Kip’s help was no different. I hope they get the praise, hours, and pay they deserve because I’ve never once had a bad experience across multiple states and locations.

Although they are and we’re really nice, I walked in there on Wednesday to buy some windshield wipers and no one was wearing a mask. My type 1 diabetic son was with me, and he is at the high risk group to have COVID complications. I should not have to remind a worker to pull up their masks up their noses, when it is the law. I don’t care not judge others over their political preferences, yet right now the law mandates the mask on places of business. They blatantly disregarded the law of decency and respect towards fellow human beings, so I’ll never go to that store again. I have also reported this location to the city of Arvada. Hope they get a hefty fine.
