Brandon is amazing, goes ABOVE and BEYOND! Two weeks, seven representatives later, Brandon resolves the problem in less than fifteen minutes. Something that could have been told the first time I called, rather than having to go to a mobile store. Name tag says mobile expert, I must say that is legit, we had a bunch of questions and they were answered pretty efficiently across the different phones carried in your store. Brandon was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Really appreciate that he apologized for the run around that I went through, makes you feel at ease, very impressive!

Brandon is amazing! I don’t write reviews often but need to for this. I came in to upgrade my phone after recently switching over from Cricket. Brandon was immediately able to help us and show us our options. Unfortunately we had a snag in the data transfer process, to the fault of Apple, not T-Mobile. This required staying after they closed but Brandon had no problem staying and making sure everything was accomplished! Brandon even helped me change a few account information and plan details, he knew exactly what I needed to do. Clean store, professional staff, and amazing cell service!

You can't spell T-mobile without Travis! I've never met anyone with such a passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of all technology and it doesn't hurt that he's an advocate of Oneplus just like I am. He knows his stuff and he's not afraid to say it! Thank you for taking care of me. Even at the end of day, his energy was very welcoming and he was amazing throughout my visit. It was a quick, in and out process but I stayed just to talk to him a bit more. ud83dudc4d
