Xander was super helpful in explaining a confusing process that another T-Mobile store had initiated. How it is supposed to work, how to check if it setup properly and what to do if it didnt work correctly. Great service.
So I don't normally comment when I don't buy anything, but I went into this location the other day with a few questions about network quality and I really just wanted to see all the new phones that are out. The clerk Ruby, was extremely helpful, she really knew what she was talking about, at least gave me that impression, she must really love what she does. You can just tell when a person enjoys what they do. Thanks a million Ruby, I may not have bought that day, but I'll be back simply because you left a good impression. Thanks again for all your help.
