This is my favorite bakery! I'm gluten and dairy free and the vegan scones and muffins never disappoint! My husband who has no dietary restrictions even enjoys everything he's tried from here. I would 100% recommend this place.

This bakery is amazing. The assortment of scones, muffins, cornbread, souls and more are unbelievably delicious and gluten free. What an incredible place to dine at. My favorite place for coffee and a savory baked gluten free snack.

Cannot rely on them to be open during the hours they claim to be. I give up on them.

Oh My Goodness, you have to stop in just to have the bourbon bacon corn bread muffin!nProbably the best corn bread I’ve ever had, gluten or no gluten. And the filling! Speechless! We will be stopping by here every time we go through Olympia.nnDriving down I5, looking for gluten-free breakfast, we came across the Olympia Baking Company listing on Google and decided to stop in and try it. So glad we did!nWillis is passionate about gluten-free and alternative diets. He’s such a skilled, amazing chef!
