My experience has been positive from the very beginning. All of the staff members have been professional and helpful, but especially Crystal.nShe has made efforts above and beyond the call of duty to help me with special circumstances related to my move. And she pays attention to details, like the time I changed my own locks, but she noticed and was concerned enough to contact me to verify someone else had not done that. So based on my experiences so far I give them 5 stars plus.

Crystal was the most kind-hearted customer service rep. I have ever met. She made me feel at peace during a hectic time n my life. Assisted me with all my needs an made my moving experience a joyful one.

I am moving with a tight close date and needed a rental unit for my household items quickly. I reached out to StorageQuest online- but was then distracted with life- kids, career, moving.. anyway- Crystal reached out to me to follow up with me regarding my online interest in a unit. Not only did she continue to follow up with me as my schedule changed to ensure a unit that met my needs would be available, she was gracious and knowledgeable in the process. When I was finally able to stop by and pay for my unit, she showed me other units to ensure my needs were met. In the end I opted for a larger unit- and Crystal was amazing throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find great talent who can work with customers the way Crystal can. Truly a great experience.

Crystal was AMAZING!!! She went way out of the way to make my experience super simple. I didn’t know the hours and showed up a bit before opening time. She gladly opened the hours a bit early to get me all set up. She’s repeatedly asked me during my visits to see how all has been and how she could help make my time there even better.

Crystal is awesome, super nice and actually does her job.. I see her checking the units every time I'm in there and she's very thorough checking each lock. My lock was messed up and she let me know right away. if she sees any problems with anyting shes on in. The grounds are always clean and she's very helpful if ever needed. I could not have gotten a better storage.
