The manager is awesome. Very considerate guy and the customer service is excellent. I will definitely be returning here in the future.

We had a 1:00 pick up time;nHowever, upon arrival, we had extreme difficulty getting our truck due to the lack of customer service on the phone and in the store. The woman in the store did nothing to help us resolve our issue online. We had to call customer service multiple times just to get our confirmation number to receive our truck. We didn’t leave with the truck till 2:00. Terrible system terrible service terrible everything. This place is awful and I’ll never use their service again

The person work there with dread hair and hut . He is so rude. Very bad customer service. I never had all my life This kind experience. no word for him. i hope the G.M Review the video record when i was there april 30 about 1.20 pm how many times use f... word i promise my self i ll never be back.

Morgan (the manager) and her team were absolutely amazing. Best customer service I have experienced at any U-Haul location by far. We were turned away from another U-Haul location in the area when dropping off an auto transport as the manager at that location claimed there was no room for ours (even though that was the location on our contract). We were sent to the Sheridan Blvd location, and Morgan was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the only U-Haul location that I would rent from again!

I went into this location 2 weeks ago today because I was trying to schedule a hitch and trailer wire harness installation online but couldn’t seem to get the wire harness portion on the work order. I called the store for assistance but apparently, the store manager, Morgan, was training an entirely new staff that day and she said that I needed to come by for assistance ... One of the new associates was able to get exactly as far as I was online before having to get the Morgan’s help. Morgan then had to call someone at another location to figure out that the proper part for wiring my car to control trailer lights was over $50! She then told me that “she” would have to spend over an hour installing it. So, it would cost me over $100 for installation.nnI opted to buy the part (they had it in stock) and order the hitch, installation and warranty. I’m a store manager myself and my only day off is typically Monday. I tried to schedule the hitch installation for the following Monday, but the Morgan said she wanted to schedule it 2 weeks out at 8AM (just to be sure that they got the part/hitch in stock first). Today (7/22/19) is the day I was supposed to get my trailer hitch installed (finally!).nnAt 7:03 this morning, I received a call from Morgan. She said that they actually didn’t have anyone there today who could install my hitch, but they could do it in a couple of days (as if I had not already told her 2 weeks ago that this has to be done on a Monday)...RIDICULOUS. I told her that I would be by later today to buy the part. Oh and, by the way, I spent 5 minutes on the internet and 40 minutes in the driveway and I installed the wire harness myself. I picked up the hitch this afternoon and Morgan was apparently working at another location. Her employee found my hitch and sold it to me. I told her that I was feeling very inconvenienced and asked if the other location, where Morgan was working, could install it today? She said, “I doubt it. I’m sorry.” This hitch appears to install with 4 bolts that are already part of the car. I’m probably going to have to install this myself (next Monday), but I just think that it’s rather ridiculous that this location is so poorly run and that no one there actually does any installation work apparently.
