My first visit to this store and I found all of the employees to be very friendly and helpful. One of them even offered to carry my new printer to my car. Now that's service!
Not good service. I never come here again.
Needed boxes so I called to see if they had them in stock prior to driving. Rude ! As if I’m an inconvenience to her having to answer the phone. Told me I can drive there and find out. I told her I’ll take my business elsewhere bc she’s too hasty & rude. I would never talk to a customer in that manner. I also would never want to work with coworkers that are so lazy they put all their work on other people. How does she have a job in customer service?? August 6, 2020 10:15 am. - I pressed option 4 with operator and was transferred to the office supplies department.
Helpful all through the store as well as polite and patient
It was quick and easy to get prints from my email.
