This is my second great experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts at Wads & Jewell. Both times, I got great guidance from the person behind the counter for my 200K+ 2006 Acura. Wednesday, I stopped in after my reliable car began showing odd electrical issues. Austin jumped around the counter and offered to do a quick test of my battery, starter and alternator. All 3 tested good. Instead of dismissing it, Austin and I talked through the symptoms of the problem and he was confident that the issue was the battery, despite the test. Austin set me up with a new battery that he trusted, which I appreciated with me being a new dad and going into the winter. Since changing out the battery, my electrical issues are gone and I've got a clean start every time. Thank you Austin! Your knowledge saved this new dad from an expensive trip to the dealership!

*Andrew* went above and beyond to replace my battery! He was efficient, sympathetic, and professional toward the end of an undoubtedly long work day. He even made good conversation while doing his work. I highly recommend!

My battery died just down the road tonight at 8:45pm. I got a jump and was in the lot at 9:00. I got a replacement battery and the guy and girl even loaned me the socket wrench I needed to get the old one out. I drove out at 9:36pm... They saved my butt tonight since no where else was open! I'll be making all future auto purchases at this location!
