Lauren was great! 3 of us came in very unhappy with our current Sprint plans, and we’re looking to make a switch asap. With lots of patience and awesome customer service, we all walked out with brand new iPhone 11’s and an awesome/AFFORDABLE family plan! Paying HALF of what we were at Sprint.
