Thank you to Diane for her patience, knowledge, and overall help! She activated a phone (purchased elsewhere) and carefully went through my plan looking for ways for me to save money. I have been considering switching carriers but now may stick with T-Mobile. Thank you!

I visited the store today to upgrade my phone and was greeted by two wonderful employees. Customer service here is definitely not dead. I worked with a super friendly gal named Kathryn( I think) who went above and beyond to help me. She set up my new phone put on my screen protector and a new case so when I walked out There was nothing I needed to do more for my phone. I am so glad I did not try to do this online and I appreciate the service I got today.

I just had an amazing customer service experience from Assistant Mgr. Angelika G. I was directed to go to a store due to problems transferring my number away from T-Mobile and the T-Mobile transfer center believing I needed to get a new SIM card. That turned out to be incorrect. Angelika contacted the transfer center and the company I am moving to. She stayed calm, friendly and helpful the entire 30-40 minutes I was there, even with nothing to gain from the interaction. She delivered a level of customer service that is very rarely displayed by anyone much anymore, she made me wish I was staying with T-Mobile. Corporate if you are reading this, Angelika G. should be on your short list for new store managers.

I just had the most OUTSTANDING experience at this T-mobile. I had decided to try to Samsung as I had issues with my I-phone 8 for quite some time. I got talked into trying the new Samsung at another store- keep in mind I was very open to this. Incredible phone, don't get me wrong, but after 24 hours of attempting to navigate an entirely new system, I accepted the fact that I wasn't really that open to change. I stopped into this store for help and was immediately assisted by Gonzalo and Sam. They were just great. Their knowledge and experience was immediately evident. They quickly and VERY efficiently got me into the 11 pro max, took my return and credited me for any inconvenience, in spite of the fact it was no ones fault but my own. In and out in no time at all with an awesome new phone! I'm so grateful for their assistance and their expertise. Keep these boys around T-mobile! I will be back because of them! Thanks guys!!!

I know that when I come here I can walk in and get what I need quick and easy. I have never had any issues and the staff is knowledgeable and hardworking. I came in recently to get a new iPhone after I broke my old one(after having a terrible experience at another T-Mobile location). Joseph took care of us, he was friendly and personable! He set up my new phone in a flash with no issues! Thanks so much, I definitely recommend this location!
