World class service. I was essentially the nightmare customer: walked in acting like I knew EXACTLY what I wanted, spent no time considering my purchase, had James port my number, then backpedaled on the phone. (Aka now we couldn't cancel that phone because it would delete the number). James was so patient, thoughtful and helpful. Possibly best customer service I've had in ten years.
James knows his stuff and no pressure sales. Great customer service and honest. They will let you know if you really need certain products or services.
