Penske Truck Rental

Very nice. They went out of their way and let me come back to get the truck to go fill it up because I had forgotten to do it before I took the truck back. It saved me 200 bucks

Had a truck drop-off here. When I got there in the pouring rain the door was locked and there was a sign that said “busy” and had a phone number on it. When I called the number, the gentleman answered and had no idea what I was talking about and said I had the wrong number. Pathetic. I will be contacting the BBB and will be going out of my way to get this place handled properly.

Rented a truck from this company got all my paperwork done. When I walked out to go to the truck the person who had helped me never told me hold on a sec and wait till she got the key. She let me walk all the way the truck when I walked all the way back ;with a little smirk on her face said yeah here's the key will never rent from that location again sarcasm selfishness and rudeness are never a good thing when you're running a business

I called this company a few weeks ago to get a move done in the Arvada area. It was so unexpected to get a call a few days later from the company and offer me a truck a day earlier than I expected without any service charges. They were not only helpful, but also very nice and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a move in the area! Will most likely rent from them again when I need to move! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The owner of this location CLOSED HIS STORE EARLY preventing my husband from picking up our rental truck, which in turn caused Penske Corporate to reassign our truck to someone else thereby leaving us stranded on move day without a truck. This is not a proper way to run a business. My husband even told the owner that he was on his way to the store to pick up our truck. Buyer beware, would hate for you to be in the same situation as we were.
