Purchased my sons first drum set from Tim at Drum-City Guitar Land for Christmas. We haven't set it up yet as it is not Christmas but the experience I had with Tim was absolutely phenomenal. I believe he is the second generation owner and he knows everything about drums. I am so glad that I supported a small business over a big box store. The customer service is outstanding. I will definitely be back in the future. This will make my sons Christmas. I can't wait to bring him back to the store to meet everyone as you are treated like family there. Decided today was a good day to go look for (one more) guitar. Hadn’t been to Drum City in a while and I have to say that this might have been the best experience I’ve ever had at a guitar shop. Jason spent a lot of time asking specifics and showing me inventory. When I was done noodeling on one axe, he had another one on deck ready for me to plug in. Like the other reviews say - drive by the chain store and spend your money here. We are really lucky to have this establishment in our area.

Great shop! Awesome customer service! I went in to demo an amp and ended up walking out with a great deal on the amp, a pedal, and a few other things. Better prices than if I had shopped at a big box store. I’ll definitely be shopping here in the future.
