Bruce has a breadth of experience and knowledge that would be tough to replace or replicate. I appreciate the honest and clear communication regarding schedule, tuning process, and reasonable pricing for the services rendered. I've had my pianos tuned by Bruce Johnson for as long as I remember. I taught piano at Washington Park Piano studio and recommended him to all my students' parents and never had a complaint. He has an excellent ear and knows just how to voice and regulate any piano. He's also reasonably priced!

We bought a baby grand. The piano shop did some work on it before delivery and when we got it into our home, it seemed like an entirely different instrument. We really thought we had made the wrong purchase. But then Bruce came in and corrected many issues with the piano, and now it is even more lovely to play and listen to than we had hoped in the beginning. He is an amazing talent!
