Emilio, Rodney and Anthony have all been so helpful with my parents getting new cell phones! They are a little older and even though they are savvy with cell phones it’s always a little daunting to get new technology. So these guys at this store have been so kind, helpful and patient!! Thanks to them for all they have done and continue to do to help us!! Emilio is a great manager too! I see him teaching and coaching his team! Awesome group with the knowledge they need to assist customers!

Awesome service! I came in confused about what had been happening with my bill and my plan and wanted to see what the upgrade options were. Kristina helped me so much! There were quite a few issues to sort out and I had struggled for a long time to get them sorted. Kristina advocated for me as an almost 10 yr customer. She worked really hard to get everything sorted out in a clear way. I was considering switching companies because of my frustration around my issues and Kristina is the reason I stayed. She reminded me why I have been with sprint for 10 years. She gave me above and beyond customer service. Kristina is awesome and kind. No matter if you are a newer customer or long term, Kristina will advocate for you and make sure you leave the store happy with everything!

The manager used our account information and changed the pin and password without our consent or knowledge after we left the store.nnEdit: We received a notification that the pin and password had been changed on our account. When we called to inquire as to why, the manager stated that it was necessary for account maintenance. Absolutely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
